PET will work to suggest a procedure for enabling the flow of comments back to this Committee by the June meeting, which may include establishing some sort of blog where S/Cs can engage in discussion and so this Committee can see it. The blog should focus on conflicts only. Laura Creighton to see if IEEE already has something similar to a blog that we can use. Major concern is privacy as this is not something we want competitors to see. A moderator, likely staff, would be needed.
